HOW OFTEN WILL BE UPDATED THE CATALOG?
The catalog will be updated every 10 days. Each update on our site means a video clip and a photo session. (where are no photos, only screen captures with the update this is specified in the description)
DO I BUY ONLY THE CLIPS WHEN I BUY AN ITEM?
When you buy an update you buy the clips and also the photos (including the zip archive)
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER FOR THIS CATALOG?
The minimum order is one update (for credit cart check out). The minimum order for PayPal payment is 50$.
WHY IS IMPORTANT TO USE A VALID E-MAIL ADRESS?
Be sure the e-mail address you enter is a valid one because you will get your cart ID in the same e-mail you get the confirmation of your payment (in the case you don't get the mail with the CART ID please check the SPAM or JUNK folders before you contact us. The e-mail with the CART ID should be received within minutes after the order (in the case of credit card payment)
WHAT HAPPEN IF I DON'T GET A MAIL FROM THE SYSTEM?
If you get no e-mail then the system did not charge your credit card (because you did not complete the purchase), or the e-mail ended in the wrong folder (junk, trash, spam folders etc.)
HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO DOWNLOAD THE UPDATES I BOUGHT?
You have 7 days to download the updates you've purchased. After 7 days the cart ID will be no longer active.
HOW CAN I HAVE A DISCOUNT?
We have a great discount program for our regular customers who like to buy packages of clips, and here is how it works: - If you buy several updates between 51$ and 90$ in total you will get a 10% discount (you can save up to 9 USD) - If you buy several updates between 91$ and 135$ in total you will get a 20% discount (you can save up to 27 USD) - If you buy several updates over 135$ in total you will get a 30% discount (you can save more then 40 USD, depending on your order)
